Riverfront Loft

Riverfront Loft project is a 5,100-square-foot complete condominium renovation that included all surface material selections, decorative lighting, plumbing fixtures, and furnishings selections.

Together with Snow Kreilich Architects, the design approach focused on renovating interiors to provide a series of spaces that enable the owners to showcase their rich collection of contemporary artworks and classic modern furnishings. The new interiors employ a restrained palette of white oak, Alta quartzite, and pale grey Venetian plaster to create a neutral background that promotes dialogue between the art installations, furnishings, and exterior views.

Restored vintage-original pieces by Kaare Klint, Arne Jacobsen, Marcel Breuer, Ole Wanscher, and Edward Wormley meld with contemporary designs and vintage rugs to bring refined character to each space. A custom DTC-designed coffee table with marble top and bronze fin-shaped legs round out the primary bedroom seating area.
