Rental Period

Up to two weeks, excluding delivery and pick up.

How To Place an Order

Contact us and tell us which pieces you are interested in from our website, or looking for (not on our website), where they need to go, and when you would like to rent them. We’ll send you a rental hold, quote and rental agreement form to complete and (mail?) (email?) back to us.

Rental Inventory is displayed on Danish Teak Classics Website.

Since our available inventory changes frequently, we don’t print catalogues. If you don’t see what you are looking for online please inquire, as much of our inventory is not displayed. (This would be a good note to add somewhere else on our website as well).

Viewings by Appointment

Occasionally we have rental pieces available for viewing in our showroom, however most items from the permanent collection are stored offsite. Viewings are available by appointment. Our showroom is open the public and we welcome browsers at any time during business hours.

Design Services

Danish Teak Classics provides design consultations and planning for rentals and also for permanent residential interiors. Please contact us for further information. (Link to Interior Design Services Page)

Payment Information

Payments via check, credit card, or our online payment system are accepted. Full payment is due before pick up/delivery of rented items.

Terms of Agreement

All clients are required to sign Terms of Rental and Credit Card forms prior to renting from Danish Teak Classics. If paying for your rental by check, please still be prepared to provide credit card information.

Damage to rental items during rental period will be cleaned and or repaired at no charge to the client if possible. Any losses, damages, major cleaning or repair charges beyond that will be invoiced and charged to the client’s credit card.

Danish Teak Classics rentals are geared toward working with the trade; pricing reflects that. No additional trade discounts are offered.

Delivery and Pick Up

Danish Teak Classics provides delivery and pick up services (Tuesday – Friday) in the Minneapolis/Saint Paul area an outlying vicinities, fees are additional. Outside transportation may be arranged if the source is a professional mover or courier. Nationwide white glove delivery is also available; price quotes upon request.
